ENTERTAINERS & Vendor Information

Become a Vendor at Lifestyle One Pass Events

Showcase your premium products and services to our sophisticated audience of adults 30+ at our exclusive events. Our carefully selected vendors complement our upscale atmosphere while gaining access to an engaged community of discerning professionals.

Application

Vendor Requirements:

- Business must offer products/services that appeal to our 30+ demographic 

- Professional booth presentation and signage required 

- Valid business license and proof of insurance  

- Alignment with Lifestyle One Pass premium brand positioning 

- Self-contained display capabilities (Vendors must provide all required equipment)
- Review our Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy

Booth Information:

- Standard booth space: 8' x 8'* (Need more space? Please proceed) 

- Vendors must provide ALL equipment (tables, chairs, displays, etc.) 

- No electrical access provided 

- Bring battery-powered equipment if needed 

- Setup typically 1 - 2 hours before event start 

- Breakdown must be completed within 1 hour after event conclusion 

- Vendor fee: $75 per event 

- Vendor (2) Free VIP passes. Any additional passes will be 25% off the cost

Application Process:

1. Submit application through our vendor form 

2. Application review by our team (typically 5-7 business days) 

3. If approved, receive vendor agreement and payment instructions 

4. Submit signed agreement and payment to secure your spot 

5. Receive vendor information packet with detailed event logistics 

Vendor FAQs:

Q: Can I sell food products at your events? 

A: Food vendors must have appropriate health permits and adhere to additional requirements. Please note this in your application.  


Q: How do I know if my products are a good fit? 

A: We seek upscale, quality products and services that appeal to sophisticated adults 30+. If your offerings are premium, unique, or provide exceptional value, they likely align with our audience.  


Q: Is there a multi-event discount? 

A: Vendors who commit to multiple events may qualify for preferred pricing. Please inquire after your first successful event. 


Q: What if I require more space than an 8' x 8'?

A: When completing the vendor application, there will be a section that specifies requiring a larger area/setup, complete the information required on the form.
