Yes. The Velvet Hour is a 30+ experience. Valid government-issued ID is required at entry.

Is food and drink included?
Yes. Your ticket includes signature cocktails, curated bites, and full bar access. Parking is also included for every guest.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing tickets, applying for participation, or attending any Lifestyle One Pass LLC ("Lifestyle One Pass," "Company," "we," "our") event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase tickets or attend our events.
2. Eligibility
Lifestyle One Pass membership is available to individuals aged thirty (30) and older. Event attendance requires a minimum age of twenty-one (21). Valid government-issued photo identification is required at entry for age verification. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who cannot provide valid identification or who does not meet the age requirement.
3. Membership Tiers
The Access Pass ($129 per month) includes priority event access, member-only pricing, early ticket access, exclusive event invitations, and digital membership credentials. The Premium Pass ($229 per month) includes everything in the Access Pass plus VIP event upgrades, concierge event planning assistance, complimentary guest passes (two per quarter), priority vendor and performer placement, and exclusive networking events. The Founding Member Program is limited to the first 250 members, with Charter Founder status for the first 50.
4. Ticket Purchases and Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Refunds are available only if an event is cancelled by the Company. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund within fourteen (14) business days. The Company reserves the right to change event dates, venues, performers, and programming. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund. Tickets obtained through unauthorized channels may be void.
5. Event Conduct
Lifestyle One Pass events are elevated experiences. Guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect for other attendees, venue staff, performers, and property. The Company reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, or inconsistent with the atmosphere of the event, without refund. Prohibited items and behaviors will be communicated prior to each event.
6. Media Release and Content
By attending a Lifestyle One Pass event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. All content captured by the Company or its designated representatives ("LOP Content") is the exclusive property of Lifestyle One Pass LLC. You grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your likeness in marketing, promotional, and editorial materials across all media channels. Attendees who post event content on social media are required to tag the official Lifestyle One Pass accounts.
7. Assumption of Risk
By attending any Lifestyle One Pass event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with event attendance, including but not limited to: risks associated with large gatherings, live performances, food and beverage service, lighting effects, and venue conditions. You agree to release, waive, and discharge Lifestyle One Pass LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from event attendance.
8. Intellectual Property
All Lifestyle One Pass branding, event names, logos, marketing materials, and original content are the intellectual property of Lifestyle One Pass LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Company intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
9. Vendor and Performer Terms
Vendors and performers participating in Lifestyle One Pass events are subject to separate agreements governing their participation, including insurance requirements, setup and breakdown schedules, and content licensing. All vendor and performer agreements are available upon application approval.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifestyle One Pass LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from event attendance, ticket purchase, membership, or use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific ticket or membership giving rise to the claim.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
12. California Consumer Privacy
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, the right to request deletion of personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@lifestyleonepass.com. We will respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) days. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
